Mushroom fairy house
This delightful little mushroom fairy house was a joy to make! The vivid red and white mushroom cap was carefully thrown on my pottery wheel, and then the rest was sculpted by hand. After being bisque fired once, I decorated this little fairy house with a range of bright underglazes, before finishing it with a gorgeous glossy transparent glaze.
This mushroom fairy house is made with high firing stoneware clay and is best suited as an indoor decoration. Though if it was placed in a sheltered nook of the garden, I am sure the fairies would be thrilled.
Please note: this Mushroom fairy house is very small
Measures: 9cm x 6cm
